To Shin Do provides a wide variety of approaches to handling today's violent, business oriented, and social unstable conditions, and is based off the Japanese Go-Dai/Five Elemental Model.

Chi = Earth: Learn how you can hold your ground when protecting yourself or someone else physically (despite size or weight) and work with limited footwork. Also, learn how to TAKE CONTROL when life pitches you fast balls, and problems come washing in like a tidal wave!

Sui = Water: Learn how you can gain the upperhand over your opponent by going with the flow, and rolling with the punches. Like a tidal wave you'll be able to receive attacks, adapt your body, go with them, and come crashing back with power ten-fold. Also, learn how to INTELLIGENTLY evaluate situations to come up with the best solution by not jumping to conclusions!

Ka = Fire: Learn how you can stop attacks before they fully manifest, destroying their momentum and power, before it exists. Famous martial arts styles show this principle, (like Jeet Kun Do), working towards developing a 'ring of fire' and staying connected to everything!

Fu = Wind: Learn how you can almost effortlessly control the aggressive nature of an attacker.
